Their Story Dates Back to The 1800s – Partinico, Palermo Italy. Bruno LoGreco, owner and head baker at The Biscotti Company, has always had a passion for baking. He grew up baking biscotti with his mother and Sicilian grandmother – nona Vicenza. Nona Vicenza got the recipe from her grandmother. That’s five-generations of biscotti bakers dating back to the 1800s. For over two hundred years, the recipe and method have never changed. Well… Not until Bruno modernized it in 2020. The artisan biscotti is delicious, tender and waiting to be enjoyed.
