How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders within the US.

3. Select how you want your coffee ground: Whole bean, french press, pour over, espresso etc.

What if I want two bags, per order?
Enter 2 in the quantity field when ordering.

How can I customize my coffee order?
Select the options available and add any additional requests to notes.

For homeware - our homeware items are shipped straight from our warehouses. In general we try to ship together, but occasionally they may ship from separate warehouses depending on stock

What's the best way to clean my mug?

How long does it keep temperatures warm or cold?
On average 1-2 hours if the lid is not pressed down and the top is screwed on tightly.

The best way to clean the cutlery?
Hand wash with soap and water for regular use, if the brass begins to fade, soak overnight in coca cola and it will come out shiny!

How do I use the french press?

Why are some of the spoons slightly different?
Our spoons are handmade! Unlike machine processed items, this means there are slight differences in sizing and shaping.

What's the shipping cost on Homeware?
That depends on the weight and your total spend. Shipping over $40 is free, for less than $40, it is either $1.99 or $3.99 depending on the product weight.

What happens when I order a gift card?
You will get emailed your gift card or it can be sent directly to the recipient.

What are the gift boxes like?
The best thing you can do is look at the pictures on our gift box pages. This will show representative items that come in each gift box. When shipped, we ship the complete gift box in a kraft box with crinkly paper padding.

Can I personalize the gift boxes with a note?
Yes, absolutely. Add the note when you check out and we will take care of the rest.
