This is a super simple drink to assemble on the go. You don’t need to formally make a simple syrup to enjoy the flavors of fall here!! All you need is to pull your shot of espresso. You can use a cup of strong black coffee if you don’t have a way to make espresso. Then you need to pour in your maple syrup, vanilla and rosemary to your mug. You then steam and pour in your milk! As the milk foams and settles on the top of the espresso, the hints of Rosemary and maple will rise to the top! This makes this drink super easy to make and even easier to drink! If you want to make a large batch the best way is by making a simple syrup to add to your coffee. The simplest way to do this is by measuring one cup of hot water. 1/2 cup of sugar!! Add 2-3 sprigs of Rosemary and let step for an hour! Then if you want to add vanilla, Rosewater or cinnamon sticks. You can! You can store this in the fridge for up to one week in a seal tight container. Enjoy!
