The
greatest coffee in the world is grown in volcanic soil and Guatemala is
the land of volcanoes.  Max Perez grows his coffee at Finca La Hermosa
between two active volcanoes and makes sure to take advantage of all of
the benefits that this perfect environment has to offer. This coffee is
juicy and heavy and makes for a fun coffee offering.
This
coffee is produced at Finca La Hermosa and is 100%  Pacamara variety.
The Pacamara is a big-beaned hybrid of the Pacas and the large-beaned
Maragogipe. This lot is a dry-processed or “natural” version, meaning
the beans were dried inside the fruit instead of immediately removing
the coffee cherry and washing the seed, as is the case with "washed”
coffees
