This is our second coffee of the year from our partners in Guatemala, Yepocapa Coffee. A guiding principle of theirs is to show farmers that their work and their lives have purpose. One of those farmers is Don Luis Sajar Umul, who was one of three coffee producers in the Pachup region to have their coffees separated into micro-lots this past year. Due to the success of the past year’s harvest, this year there were 15 producers who desired to participate in the micro-lot program. This delightful coffee has a rich mouthfeel with notes of caramel, blood orange, and hazelnut.
