Cecilia and her mother are longtime members on the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) and are very passionate about women's empowerment, their farm being the first to earn the Women Care Certified (WCC) award. This award is meant to improve the sustainable lifestyle for women involved with cultivating, processing, trading and exporting coffee.
