Patricia Perez has been growing coffee on her farm for just over 13 years. Her family, however, has been growing coffee for more than 80 years, giving Patricia a deep vein of knowledge when it comes to growing, harvesting and processing her incredible coffees. Patricia cares deeply not only about her coffee, but her community as well, choosing to work only with importers who share this sentiment. We’re happy to bring this coffee from her farm outside Huehuetenango, Guatemala all the way to Boise. Subtle sweetness, seriously smooth drinkability, and a pleasant acidity make this one of our current favorites.
