This is a fancy grade coffee from Salvador Garcia da Silva's farm, Serra Negra, in Brazil's Cerrado region. This coffee is of the Catuai 99 and Topázio varietals.
Mr. Salvadorhas been working with coffee-growing for about 16 years. He, his daughter and his son-in-law manage and they care about the quality, the process, and the yield production.
