This coffee highlights many of the cup attributes that get us excited about sourcing Ecuadorian coffees. Guillermo Lomas’ lot consists of Typica and Sidra varieties. Sidra is the new-cool-kid-variety on the block in specialty coffee. A new hybrid of Bourbon and Typica varieties, Sidra presents a floral and fruited cup with exceptional sweetness.
