Arthur's Dad developed a passion and attention to detail for making pastries when he was in France. He took that passion with him when he came to America and started his own business in Marietta, Ga in the year 2000. Arthur himself frequently worked at the bakery where they had an espresso machine to serve coffee to guests and fell in love with how much better coffee could be with some attention to detail. Seeing the smile on guests faces as they left nothing but a drop in their cup inspired him to create Café Clément. He and his wife decided to start Café Clément in 2019 so they can eventually create their own space to share their love for coffee with our community. Each coffee sample they receive is tasted and tested for quality before purchasing the lot. They love sourcing coffees that showcase the terroir of each region while also being sweet, clean, and juicy.
